A computer expert agrees to work on a secret Grand Jury that must decide whether or not
to reveal fifty years of covered-up government files on UFOs. Anti-government forces and
pro-secrecy factions duel to inhluence the decision their way, in a claustrophobic world
of well-deserved paranoia and perpetual mistrust. The UFO accounts are historic and fully
documented, the characters are based on real-life persons, and the outcome is terrifying
— but entirely possible.
